These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sreekara Foods's website and services. By accessing or using our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our website you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account & orders

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock-outs).
Currently, orders are confirmed over WhatsApp; an order is considered placed once we confirm it in the chat.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Currently we accept payment over WhatsApp (UPI / bank transfer) and Cash on Delivery where available. Razorpay UPI / cards / netbanking will be enabled soon.
Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, logos, packaging design — is the property of Sreekara Foods or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Prohibited uses

You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose.
You will not attempt to bypass any security or access controls.
You will not scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the website.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Warangal, Telangana.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
