Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly to make sure they reach you fresh. Cancellation is possible until the order is handed to the courier.
1. Cancellation by the customer
- You can cancel any order before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 92812 29536 or emailing us at hello@sreekarafoods.com.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for damaged or wrong-item situations.
- Refunds for cancelled orders paid online will be initiated within 1 working day and credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
2. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- The product is out of stock or has been mispriced.
- The delivery address is not serviceable.
- We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
- For any other reason at our sole discretion.
If we cancel an order, we will notify you by WhatsApp / phone and refund the full amount paid.
3. Cash on Delivery
COD orders that are repeatedly refused at delivery without notice may make future COD orders ineligible from the same account / phone number.
