Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched from our Warangal facility within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver to all serviceable pincodes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery timelines
- Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
- South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala): 3–5 working days.
- Rest of India: 5–8 working days.
- North-East, J&K, Ladakh, A&N Islands: 7–12 working days.
Timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, festivals, or logistics provider constraints.
3. Shipping charges
- Flat shipping rate applies on most orders (confirmed on WhatsApp).
- Free shipping on orders above a threshold (confirmed on WhatsApp).
- Cash on Delivery may carry a small handling fee.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier name over WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.
5. Delivery attempts
Most couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be contacted to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
6. Damaged or missing shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please send us photos of the outer packaging over WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. If a parcel marked "delivered" did not reach you, please contact us within 7 days so we can raise an investigation.
